Barnaby Bear went to Barcelona during the half term holiday with Ada. He flew from Bristol Airport to Barcelona sitting by the window.He stayed in a hotel and had lots of tomato toast, paella, tapas, squid, mussels, anchovy, salads and fruit for meals. He visited Science Museum where he has played amongst lots of Spanish nursery and school children. Went to the Spanish Village to see lots of regional Spanish buildings and visited a Contemporary Spanish Art Gallery with great artwork. Some of the artwork was made with wire, paint, nails and fabric. He also went to a local Spanish friends' house with two boys.He spent a full day with them by the beach and had a dinner in their house with lots of local home made food.He watched Spanish children’s' programmes with Marc and played games.He listened to lots of Spanish words and songs.He has been at the cafe where the famous artist Picasso visited regularly.He also visited a very busy food market with lots of chorizo,seafood,vegetables.He stopped by the street food corner for a little snack where people cook what they sell.Also saw a shop where everything was made of chocolate!After returning to Bristol he has also visited The City Farm and M Shed with Ada.He also enjoyed a sleepover with Ada and Ciara.Hopefully he had an exciting time.We all enjoyed having him.
