What Am I?

I have skin but I am not human.

If you squeeze me I will squirt you.

I am as big as a stone.

I am as round as a bubble or tennis ball.

I grow on a tree.

I am healthy and one of your 5-a-day.

You can eat me and drink my juice.

I am the colour of a carrot.
